I was recently in the Ceder Falls Scheels and was very impressed! Everybody that worked at the store wanted to help me find things and everyone wished me a merry Christmas! Scheels has GREAT customer service. I don't know how they keep such a competent sales staff given the array of products they offer. Wide selection and fair prices, everything you could ask for at a sporting goods store in the Cedar Valley. (I have watched Scheels grow from a small space in Blackhawk village, to the shopping mall, to the current store in Viking plaza. Success well earned!)
As soon as I got to the section I wanted to buy something from an associate asked if I needed help. I did and was helped by someone who knew what he was talking about. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! Excellent.
