Kim was awesome!! I sat with her while she did an estimate and she sent it right over to the insurance company that day. I got updates throughout the whole process. They had my rental car service waiting to pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. Everything went great! Kim is the lady to go to. Only minor complaint is front desk women when I picked up could've been more friendly but I was running behind and they were close to close time so I will cut her some slack. Car was done in 4 days! Also car was clean inside and out!
