My mom went to see this "Dr." on Wednesday, August 31 because she was having trouble breathing and had chest pain. Dr Huwe sent her home without any medicine or testing. My Dad had to call an ambulance on Monday, September 5 (Labor Day). My mom is now in the ICU for pneumonia, she had to be intubated again and had a mini heart attack.
Dr. Huwe has been my doctor since shortly after I moved to the Cedar Valley, back in 1997. She listens, she is compassionate, and she does a good job of diagnosing and troubleshooting. I recommend her without any reservations. She has seen me through the death of my mother, cheered me as I lost weight, encouraged me through a number of health crises, big and small. She took care of my children and helped resolve several medical problems before they became bigger.
My mother has gone to this woman for years and she's done more harm than good. 3 years ago, she diagnosed my Mom with COPD and when my mom went to her with trouble breathing, she said, "Oh, it's just the COPD." A few days later, my mother had to be taken by ambulance from her home to the hospital because she had the flu! She had to be intubated. Now, she has to be on oxygen for the rest of her life, according to this "Dr."
Cindy has been my doctor pretty much my whole life, I love her!! Her attitude is amazing, she's so caring and listens to what's wrong. And the new office is so beautiful! I would never go to another doctor!!
