Had enjoyed shopping there over the years, and purchased quite a few nice pieces of furniture. We also purchased a large Indian floor rug. When I had my carpets cleaned, we pulled back the rug and found that it had stained our carpeting. They came to look at the situation and said they would investigate the matter. They then called to let me know that there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. So, our carpet is ruined, and they feel they have no responsibility in the matter. I expected so much more from this company and will never buy anything there again! Be warned!
