Nice job Sartori!! Keep up the disappointment! P.S. Dr. Naylor never disappoints!!! Thank you!
Another horrible experience at Sartori ER. Having 5 kids I've had my share of experiences with this ER and NEVER has it been positive. Maybe it's because it's slow. I don't know, but there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. The nurses are great but the doctors, for the most part, are arrogant pricks. We spent 6 hours there Friday evening. We were the only ones there. Dislocated shoulder and the doc couldn't fix it...actually made it worse so now surgery. Really? A disclocated shoulder? Wow!
The lady who gave me my cat scan was very nice and understanding! But the Nurse and the Doctor were very unprofessional. I already feel sorry for anyone who has to go to them for medical help because this is not the place to go. (The Star givin is for the Cat Scan Lady!)
We had only one nice nurse treat us like competent human beings. Otherwise the staff had horrible bedside manor.
I feel the nurses are excellent and the doctors are excellent especially my Doctor.
I could hear the doctor outside my room laughing and joking with his friends for a good hour while I was screaming for something to take the pain away. Finally the Nurse came back in with a set of three shots and asked me if I wanted them in the arm or a cheek I point to my arm and she proceeded to pull my pants down stick me in my left butt cheek (felt very violated)..
When in this severe head pain and it took almost two hours for my doctor to see me. The Nurse was completely snobby and rude. I couldn’t talk because my head was so scrambled and my girlfriend was trying to explain what was going on and the Nurse would just blow her off and ask me the same question I was too disoriented to say and they would proceed to get upset with me when I wouldn’t make any sense.
I went by ambulance to Sartori ER on Thursday August 24. I had fallen and could not stand up. The ambulance guys were super nice and helpful. I was cared for by nurses the minute I arrived and Dr Jennett saw me shortly after I arrived. I had obviously twisted my ankle, but I informed the Dr that the most pain was up the side of my calf, just below the knee. He asked if I wanted an x-ray since it was probably just a sprain, I said it hurt too bad to be just a sprain, yes I'll take the x-ray. They x-rayed my ankle. ONLY my ankle. Gave me a pain killer and sent me home saying the pain higher up was just radiating from the sprain. I had a very painful weekend. On Monday I saw Keri VanEe at Waverly Health center in orthopedics and she ordered an x-ray of my leg from the knee down. Low and behold, my fibula is broken. I knew something other than a sprain was wrong but Dr. Jennett didn't think my point of view was important enough to worry about. I felt placated and disregarded. I now have a cast and wheelchair instead of an ACE bandage and a pat on the head. Thanks to Waverly Health Center for taking care of me where Sartori would not.
