I highly recommend Polk's! He got to my car in a half hour, got my van unlocked in under a minute, the fee was inexpensive, and he was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Polk's took the worry out of bring locked out. You're in good hands with Polk's!
They key I had copied was very unusual. They didn't have a problem. I could have picked them up within an hour, but because of my schedule, they let me pick them up the next day.
The longest wait was them getting there, just maybe 40 minutes. The man who helped me was increidbly kind. My alarm started going off, so he unhooked my battery until I got my keys - and then hooked the battery back up after. He got in within 2 minutes - super quick, and also was reasonable in price. I would not go anywhere else, even living in Waterloo. Awesome service, thank you!
