YOU, ALSO, QUOTED THEM $150 PER HOUR; THEN YOUR EMPLOYEE CAME TO THEIR HOME & DEMANDED $500, OF WHICH THEY RELUCTANTLY PAID - NOT THE CONTRACTED 2 HOURS/$300,. OUR PARENTS TIMED THE MOVE. DAD RETIRED FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND HIS GRANDSON IS A SENIOR PARTNER/MULTISTATE ATTORNEY WITH A MAJOR LAW FIRM - YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG ELDERLY FOLKS!
I had them move a piano for me. They were half the cost of everyone else. The quote over the phone was the same price I paid. The guys who came were quick, polite, professional and loved my dogs! This company came recommended by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to others.
So very disappointed in Wrays. After moving most of the furniture from my parents' house, almost every piece was heavily damaged with dents, scratches, and some with paint and varnish totally peeled off from being scraped against things. A letter was written to the company and we received no response...it's been at least two months. Horrible customer service and thousands of dollars in damage. Never again.
