My daughter's fish tank glass broke so I went to the closest place to grab a new one. While there i was frazzled about the whole ordeal and they helped me get everything done and even chatted with me about the fish and way to tell the gender, etc. as I was getting more.
Wonderful pet store! Can't say enough good about it! Kody so helpful as I was choosing a bird for the first time. I first called a big box pet store in Waterloo and when I asked ?s there they told me to do my research online then come get what I want, then they put me on hold for 5 min. Finally I just hung up and called Pet Supplies Plus. They were happy to go over anything with me (time and time again) and even had print outs of various bird species I was considering when I went to the store to choose. Very patient and considerate and friendly. Went above and beyond in my opinion. Will be a returning customer for sure!
