Living at University Manor for the year I was in Cedar Falls was a really positive experience. The landlord and staff are really friendly and responsive. Also, you're only a 5 minute walk from UNI campus and a 3 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The price is maybe a little higher than neighboring places, but it's worth it to have a quieter crowd (a number of grad students and young professionals live here), responsive maintenance, and a well-kept facilities. I would highly recommend University Manor.
Quiet place to live. Perfect for a college student.
Have to have a key to get in so it feels safe. My daughter lives here and I feel it is safe for her.
