Very I'm sanitary. The lady behind the counter wasn't doing anything while every table was dirty.
We waited 35 minutes for our meal, the restaurant was filthy, and the guy behind the counter was on his phone the entire time. Not impressed!!
Love the food! Root beer is great too!
Absolute dump. Everything was dirty and greasy even for a fast food place. Service was terrible, they messed up our order and wanted us to place a new order for the food they didn't ring up. It took almost 15 minutes to get our fast food without what we originally wanted of course. The namesake A&W root beer was bland from the fountain. The fountain drinks were a mess. They forgot to give our daughter the prize for the kid's meal. People from the drive thru were having to come in and grab their orders! A&W was certainly a first and a last time all in one for me.
Slow slow slow service. Only reason I gave 2 stars is cause the burger was decent
