I had a lower back issue when I came in and my massage therapist was very knowledgeable as to how she could bring me the most relief. She just took charge and did what she knew would help the most and I was greatfull for that!
I love the atmosphere at Elements. Their service is professional, and I always leave feeling better. I wish I could get a massage a month.

Not a great experience for me. The massage therapist talked the whole time, it made for a very un-relaxing visit. Also, the massage itself was sub-par. Aveda is where it's at for a nice relaxing experience.
