I had a controller failure in my 10 kW Guardian (during an extended power outage, of course!) and could not find a controller locally. I called Best Services and they were able to get me one overnight for one of the better prices I could find. On top of that, I got good advice regarding which controller I needed and what the differences between my options were.
Boy talk about personal service, Bill does a great job explaining how things come together, you go to a big box store and they can not tell you, or have any experience with the product they sell. Not BEST Services! They are the very Best! I know they are by appointment only, and that is ok, because we get the one on one time we want!
On time and did a wonderful job installing a light fixture where we took down cabinets in the kitchen. Outstanding service.
