Dave Maxwell, the salesman, went the extra mile for us to get our new car. It was -10 below and we stopped to look at a particular vehicle. He had it all warmed up for our arrival. We wanted to look at something else so he bared the bitter cold walking the parking lot to find our future car covered with ice and snow. He worked hard to de-ice the vehicle for us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and stayed after hours to see us off. Thank you
Had to take my car in for a recall, and everyone at Dan Deery Toyota made a potentially frustrating experience as smooth and easy as possible. The woman who scheduled my appointment was friendly and thorough. Dropping my car and keys off took no more than a minute. During that day, the website went down, so one of the people in the service department called to notify me of the delay and to ask about my schedule and what would work best for me. He even offered the shuttle service if I needed it. He was very direct and apologetic. Even with the delay, the recall work was very speedy, and I was still able to pick up my car by the end of the day. When I went in to pick up my car, the man I had talked to on the phone apologized again and thanked me for my patience. Everyone was very cordial and professional. Excellent experience.
