John Deery Motors made my experience easy and stress free. I went in not knowing exactly what I was looking for, and their team showed me tons of options within my price range. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they helped me through the entire process. Very helpful and informative team of true professionals. The most impressive part of this experience was their quick follow-ups. Would give them 10/10!!
Good friendly dealership with good prices. The sales staff are professional and low-pressure, which is a pleasant change from the related dealerships in the vicinity. Unfortunately this time their vehicles just didn't suit my needs or else I would have made a deal with them. I'll definitely consider them for future business.
Chaun was amazing first vehicle he pulled up for us to look at had everything we asked for. Supper friendly and personable...
we got rid of said car because after leaving John Deery they somehow didn't notice that the whole front ball bearings and axel system needed replaced and it was deemed unsafe for the road, and it STILL needed an alternator since ethereal one John Deery put in wasn't working right still.
When I called and explained our circumstances and why I left a 1 star review the service manager said he would give me a call back, which I never received. I was never offered any money back whatsoever.
My wife and I took our focus to them and the car was worse off than when we took it in. What's worse is they called her to "make it right" and then did NOTHING, no refund, nothing. Here's my wife's review, I highly recommend anyone considering taking their car here reconsiders after reading this review:

I initially left this 1 star review with no comment because I didn't quite know how to put my frustration into words. They did take it down to $400 which is still more than I was okay with, but to make matters worse I got the car back and the alternator was STILL having problems. Well I had two other mechanics look at it and it turns out that the ball bearings were about ready to fall off (so bad that it would not drive over 25 mph) and I was even missing a lug nut. While I acknowledge that John Deery could not have caused this, i can't help but wonder how on earth they did not see it. When we drove it away from the shop it was an extremely loud knocking noise that could not be missed.

"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I took my focus in because it was having problems with dying while on the road and it turned out to be an alternator problem. What should've been a simple fix turned out to be a $500 bill. When we declined service and said we would rather wait for the repair the mechanic told us that it was already "all taken apart"

2 things. An alternator should NOT cost $500 to fix. I called around for quotes and the highest I was quoted elsewhere was $300. Second, there's no reason my car should be "all taken apart" for switching out the alternator.
