We checked in at 12:30 and Ethan told us we could be on the road in an hour and a half. I told him it couldn’t go any later than 2:30 since I had to pick up my kids. He assured me again we would be out by 2. I paid for 4 new tires and the warranties ect. Waited the hour and pointed out that my car hadn’t even been pulled in yet. He assured us that we were next. After watching another car pull in and another half hour go past I told told Ethan I had to be going and my car hadn’t been pulled into the shop yet. Knowing that the chances of them getting all 4 tires on my car and balancing them in under a half hour (making our leave time 2:30 instead of the 2pm he promised)with my car not even being pulled into the shop was pretty unlikely- I said we needed to be going. He then tried to reschedule me. After being there for an hour and a half waiting for them to pull my car into their shop I had enough time to scan some reviews. After reading those and giving them the time they said it would take for them to do my car I knew a refund was probably what was best. Ethan was pretty snippy but printed me a refund receipt anyway. Never once apologized. After reading all these reviews thank god I just got my money back and left. Probably saved a lot of headache. I really feel for the people who had work done there and experienced the crappy customer service. They couldn’t even offer me good customer service to get my business. Says a lot right there.
These guys are awesome. So helpful connected me with exactly what I needed to get the van equipped for winter. I highly recommend the experts at Discount Tire. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. I will not go anywhere else for service.
Tires are priced better than others and the free lifetime rotation is nice however, the free rotation will only happen if you have a few hours to kill. Appointments for tire rotation are never ontime and because of this the free lifetime rotation is a useless benefit. Go somewhere else that values customer service.
