Called up to find out the price of a part, and holy cow! The woman who answered the phone was extremely angry and aggressive, as if she resented having to answer the phone. They didn't have the part, so I can't speak for anything else, but whoever answered the phone acted as if I were asking her for her social security number instead of the price of a part.
These guys have always been friendly and try their best to find the part I need
