Staff and atmosphere the best around, store always tidy, customer service is excellent. Pharmacy is top over all in the city, pharmacists go extra mile for you as well as the staff recommend to anyone, text notification and speedy always honest with wait time. The store also offers pick up groceries half hour, order on-line I have twins babies and thus is excellent for me
I went for Christmas there's so many lanes closed. Not a lot of toys for the kids. But they're good for groceries just not really anything else
Great place to shop, keeps me in a happy mood and very helpful staff. (also a great place to walk around cuz there's stuff there to look at & see if you need anything while walking)(also more smiles here then Hy-vee...)
I do not enjoy doing my own check out and there were lines at every register and only 2 registers with store checkers working. With the busy Christmas time, I would appreciate more help from the store. I do not like having to wait in long lines. If you have a problem, you have to wait for help, just not appreciated now.
Great cleanliness, presentation, upkeep of stock, and service at the registers and services counters. You lost major points for MANAGEMENT. It’s Friday afternoon, the 3 quick-lube counters are being manned by ONE individual, and the 6 service bays are being manned by 2 individuals, 3 when the person running the counters comes back to help. All the while there are TWO MANAGERS running around moving product between the warehouse and shelves IN THE QUICK LUBE AREA. Please, become aware of what is happening in your store. I was told my wait would be two hours. After checking two hours later, my vehicle had not even been touched yet and I was informed two other vehicles are ahead of me. This is after the person used my barcode sticker, name, and finally vehicle to even figure out why I was there.
