I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are booking for your wedding!!! I was overcharged because they said my appointment was made for hair and makeup when it was only hair I was getting done. When I explained this to the lady her responce was "there was a 4 day cancellation policy. So regardless, they had to charge me for the makeup even though I brought makeup to do my own". Frustrating too say the least... not happy with how this was handled! Poor customer service at this salon. Not to mention we were late to the church for wedding photos because they took so long. And each girl even had their own stylist. Would strongly encourage you to book elsewhere for weddings. Would hate for any other bridal party to experience this.
Kelsey is a phenomenal stylist. She's so fun to talk to, is always positive and kind, and does wonders with my hair.
I was part of a wedding that had hair done at Kate's over the weekend. The bride's hair was a perfect 10! Thankfully, the most important member of the bridal party could not have had more perfect hair!
I will say, my husband has had his hair cut at Kate's for years. He always looks great and raves about their service, but I would think twice about booking a wedding with this salon.
However, the rest of us (bridesmaids, personal attendants, moms) looked mediocre at best for the high price this salon charges for their services. Beautiful facility and a few talented staff, but I was unimpressed with the vast majority of the updo's that walked out of there on Saturday.
