Okay, so listen here. My boyfriend bought me a necklace from here for Valentine's Day. It was a great present and luckily he was smart enough to buy the extended warranty. After just under two months of wearing the necklace, the chain snapped. It wasn't too big of a deal so I had it sent off to be fixed. I received the necklace a week later and was pleased that they had it polished. Five days later, I woke up to the necklace chain snapped in the exact place it had been before. Not only am I disappointed in the quality of the work, I'm irritated that it couldn't last even a full week.

Ordered a new wedding band to replace my original that has broken now four times. After 100 days of waiting to get ring in, I was told there wasnt a ring on order because of issues. Poor customer service, workers have no clue how to answer questions and poor quality on jewelry!
