Wonderful experience at Simply I Do. I am the mother of the bride. My daughter Tiffany's wedding was just 3 weeks ago. We ordered Tiffany's dress, veil, and headpiece, 6 bridesmaids dresses and my dress all from Simply I Do. Emily helped with each of our visits, and is WONDERFUL. She was so knowledgeable and worked with Tiffany to find her dress. We had been at other dress shops and they had very few choices and weren't helpful. Emily was so friendly and just started pulling dresses and made Tiffany feel comfortable and had her try on everything.

2 weeks before the wedding I had seamstress problems, the referral I had been given, just couldn't get my dress to fit. Unsure of what to do and in tears I called Simply I Do, and talked to Andrea. She was wonderful, she calmed me and promised that there was another option and that my dress would be beautiful. That was on Thursday, and by Saturday at 1:00 I had been to see Debbie for alterations, and my dress fit perfect!!

Everyone was very friendly during the entire process. Through purchasing my bridal gown, to bridesmaids dresses, even my veil; I had the best service! I was told over the phone that I would be able to purchase a veil off the rack, but when I went into the store they told me I had to order one. I wanted it for my hair trial, they accommodated me by saying that I could take the one from the store for my hair trial, then return it when I was done! These ladies are great and I definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

Love them! First place I tried on wedding dresses and thought I had found "the one." Mom wasn't sure and wanted me to try other places, but I still ended up coming back for the first one! Everyone was extremely nice. Bought all bridesmaid dresses there and they were very accommodating helping me choose colors and styles. The dresses came in slightly off color and they notified me in case I wanted to change it since we still had time. I have no complaints!

I was engaged and married in 2 months and needed to buy a dress off the rack. Simply I Do was the first place that I looked and was treated marvelously and they had a so many dresses in stock, in so many sizes it was very easy to find the dress of my dreams! I had originally gone in by myself and found the dress I wanted but felt needed to go look at dresses with my mom as well. We went to 4 other bridals stores and were treated poorly at 3 of them because it was such a short turn around, one even refused to work with me because I wouldn't be ordering anything. I ended up returning to Simply I Do to get my dress, Andrea was incredibly helpful and their seamstress Francis was precise and timely as well.

5 stars all the way around for location, selection, service, and convenience!

I so much appreciated the way I was treated I refer anyone I can back to them as a matter of fact 5 of my friends have gotten their wedding dresses or bridesmaids dresses there and all have been so so happy.

I knew of Simply I Do's reputation, so it was an obvious choice for me to look for my wedding dress at this establishment. Trying on dresses was a pleasant enough experience until the associate let a rack of dresses fall directly onto the back of my head, giving me a goose egg for a week. Nevertheless, I found a dress and put down my initial payment. After the dress was ordered, I discovered the belt that I originally wanted on my initial visit was never ordered, so I will be charged additionally for that once it comes in. I ordered my dress in late August/early September, and I was told my dress would be ready in early January. When mid-January rolled around and I never received a call about my dress, I contacted Simply I Do, and no one had any clue as to what was happening and I feared my dress hadn't been ordered. The owner called me and promised me it would be in by the end of January. It is now mid-February, I have left messages and I have yet to receive a call regarding my wedding dress. Look, I know things happen and shipments get delayed, but I would hope that keeping your bride informed would be a big part of customer service. Hopefully this is all unique to myself, but I cannot say I would recommend this store based on my experience.
