Brand new store looks great! It's a shame this is no longer a sit down restaurant. Delivery and carryout only but the location is great!
I ordered my pizza and I guess the order didn't go through correctly. They apologized, gave me my pizza for free, and got it to me shortly after my call. I could tell they felt very badly, but it wasn't much trouble and was worth the wait. The pizza was dope and super cheesy. Totally happy with how they handled the situation. Will most definitely order from them again. Thanks again pizza Hut, you're the bomb!
Ordered online for a carry-out. Ready when estimated and staff was very polite. Pizza was the expected quality of the chain.
I remember when I was younger, we'd go to Pizza Hut for lunch and there would be tons of people, the staff was very friendly and professional, it was a clean place with fresh, hot food. Now? There might be 2 people working at a time. Friendly, but you can tell they don't want to be there. I guess I don't blame them. I think they wear their street clothes, just t shirts & jeans. It's decently clean but not like before. The food still tastes good imo, but sometimes it will be cold, or the salad bar will need restocking & you have to ask them to do it. It's just not the same. It seems like it's getting run down which is sad.
