Went to Pizza Ranch for a birthday. party rooms are very nice with four size options. Their chicken is the best and the pizza is good too. They even ask if you would like a certain type of pizza and bring it right to your table. The staff is obviously young but quite friendly. I will go back.
The buffet has a variety of food choices. There are three islands. One is for the salads. One is for the pizzas and breads and the other is for hot foods such as vegetables, fried chicken as well as other meats. Each time I have been there the food has always been fresh. You can even order a special pizza when you pay. The drink is included as well as dessert pizza and ice cream. The restaurant is always clean. A server is right there to clear off dirty dishes, keeping your table clutter free. This is a very good place to bring kids of all ages!
The food was amazing! It was probably the second or third best pizza I've ever had. My brother got the chicken and it was wonderful too; crispy skin and savory meat. We met the owner and he was very friendly. Overall, a great experience. Definitely go check it out.
Hands down the WORST pizza ranch I have ever eaten at. Dried out chicken, soured mashed potatoes, cold pizza, lumpy gravy and scraped bottom of empty kettle to get half a cup of soup. Waitress heard me clearly complaining and didn't ask to fix or special order anything even though that is customary there. We've been to one in Marshalltown several times...great food, great service. If you are ever in cedar falls avoid this one like the plague! #nauseating #pizzaranch
