The first time I went there was easy, quick, and they did really well with my puppy. Two of my friends already take their pets there and it was recommended to me by them. The Pet App helps me keep track of when Ella's next appointments are. I would recommend Advanced Pet Care Clinic to any other Fur-Parents I know.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Stevenson is a pleasure to work with. I’ve taken my puppy there 3-4 times now for shots and also his neuter yesterday. The building is very clean and professional, and they use the PetDesk app to remind you of appointments which is very convenient!
Our trip to Advanced Pet Care was phenomenal. The building is clean, and the doctors and nurses are kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. The vet-techs helped teach us how to properly clip our cat's nails, and everyone had answers for all of our questions. Our first check up for our cat was free, but the prices for check ups are reasonable. Our cat loved the doctor and could not stop talking to her! 5 Stars! We will be going back again!
The staff, and especially Dr Stevenson, helped me and my family through a very difficult time today. While it wasn't the outcome anyone wanted everything was done with Grace and professionalism. I won't go anywhere else.
