Very knowledgeable and caring folks who really make the animals wellbeing a priority. They've taken incredible care of our dogs for many years, both health wise and boarding too.
Called and was unaware that they only took clients after hours. Talked to the most rude, older woman. Will definitely NOT be recommending Brookside to any fellow pet owners.
The staff are very kind and compassionate. My dog was very comfortable staying there, if we needed to be gone and couldn't take him.
I will not be going to this veterinary hospital because the woman I spoke to on the phone was extraordinarily rude. On a Saturday morning, when inquiring about the business and asking how I could make an appointment, the woman was short with me and spoke in a manner that seemed to say "how do you not know this, idiot". It would seem I took up too much of her precious time, because as soon as it was determined I wasn't making an appointment at that time she couldnt hang up on me fast enough. As a pet owner worried about their pet and ignorant in the ways of veterinary hospitals, this was borderline hostile and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If this is how they handle you calling in to ask a question, how much do you think they're going to care about the pet that you love so much? My plight and misunderstanding held little interest for the person that handles all the hospitals business calls, and so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would recommend any of the other veterinary hospitals that pop up on your Google search before this one.
We have an emergency pet issue but this clinic that claims to be open 24 hours won't take anyone that isn't already a client.
