The sales lady was very patient and didn't rush me at all. She readily answered my questions and arranged everything to be delivered and set up. The delivery men were efficient, clean and on time. The bed is terrific. It was one of the easiest times I have had with a large purchase. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend.
They won't take away your old matt. Box spring it you live in a apartment, and don't tell you this upfront, they lost my sale.
