We ordered food to go the day before period it was set for a pick up of 4:10 p.m. Despite ordering it so far in advance we waited no less than 40 minutes to get our food upon arrival at this location at 4:05pm. The restaurant was not busy. The issue is their system for taking care of carry-out customers is broken. This is our longest wait so far at this location but a typical wait is 20 minutes easy. The only reason I didn't give one star is the food is good (but cool) and the person helping us was polite..the wait is just unacceptable

Time and again when I go to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, I am disappointed. The staff is nice and helpful, however the food is nearly always lackluster. Whether it's cold, takes over half an hour to get (for simple orders), or isn't done correctly, there is almost always something wrong. At this point, I still go here, but I only get an appetizer and some drinks to watch the games. The amount of time you wait for your food, it doesn't make sense to get actual food here. This is regardless of a game day or not.
The good here is good. The service is somewhat lacking. I wish that they had more gluten free options.
