Sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes. Then the worker dropped my food on the floor. I had to pull around while they made another order for me. Then I had to go inside and get my food because the worker hadn't brought after more than 5 minutes. My order was sitting on the counter and was cold by the time I got it. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience not even an "I'm sorry". The food wasn't much better than the service.
The Cedar Falls taco bell is the best Taco Bell. My food is always freshly prepared, and I almost always get complimented - at the drive through. If I need a taco and a self esteem boost I know where to go. Baja blast!!!!!!
I have been through the drive through several times at different times of the day and have always had problems. I have waited up to 20+ minutes for two burritos which seems a little odd. People in front and behind me in the lane have also waited long amounts of time for small orders. For a fast food place this can be an inconvenience to customers in case they are in a hurry. Also they have gotten orders wrong almost Everytime myself or my roommates go. From forgotten items to missing ingredients in items and everything in between.
I'm usually very happy with my experience at taco bell, and the staff is awesome. However, today I am sick and was craving 2 cool ranch gordita crunch tacos. I drove 20 minutes both ways to get them. I decided not to check the order before I went home (big mistake). Got home and only had 2 regular tacos in my bag. I'm not going to drive 20 minutes to go back, but I'm straight up sad. I paid 10 dollars for 3 items and got home to only two REGULAR tacos. Thats like throwing 8 dollars into the trash. This is heartbreaking
