The food is good,a little pricey, and the service could be a little more attentive.

The food was fine, however, service was terrible. It took about 10 minutes to be waited on after arriving. After that, drinks and a side salad were forgotten. No refills happened at all. People were moving to other sections and complaining to management due to the poor service in our section. They were not busy and as we were leaving, after hearing two tables complain they had been waiting for 10 minutes after being seated, we walk past our waitress gabbing with the hostesses about her previous night out at the bar. The worst part is several managers knew about the poor service and did nothing to get the server to handle her work responsibilities. We won't be back to this location.
Great food, always leave sick. Staff was pleasant and attentive. The ribs are very large portions, infact everything comes big. Large selections of bbq sauces right at your table and great atmosphere. This is just my favorite bbq joint. I think they even had a decent beer and liquor selection.
We always have a good dining experience at Famous Dave's. The service is excellent as well as the food. Ribs and brisket are our favorite. We usually see a manager as well making sure everything is going good. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
